All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the Services you have selected.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our customer support. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point it will not renew.

We generally do not provide refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

6. User Content

Our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, and share content, including photos of your rooms, saved designs, and other materials (collectively, "User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content.

By uploading User Content to our Services, you grant Decorable a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and have the right to grant the license above;
• Your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity;
• Your User Content does not contain material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way;
• To send spam or unsolicited promotional or commercial content;
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Decorable, an Decorable employee, another user, or any other person or entity;
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services;
• To attempt to bypass any access restrictions or security measures of the Services.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are owned by Decorable, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The AI-generated designs produced through our Services are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use these designs for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. INTERIOR AI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL INTERIOR AI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Decorable, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
